Hi there and welcome, I’m Sierra, a Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer based out of Western Minnesota/ Eastern North Dakota area. I have been blessed to be photographing families memories for 7 years now. I started taking on weddings six years ago and fell even more in love with my job than I knew was possible. It’s always so funny to me because I was studying Environmental biology to eventually/hopefully study marine life and maybe do freelance work for National Geographic. Taking photos of people was suppose to be practice but it turned into a passion.

I am awful at writing bios about myself so don’t judge me (it’s almost as bad as my public speaking). But I am 29 years old. I have a healthy obsession with Harry Potter, I am happy to say I only rewatched it about 14 times last year. I am a sucker for a road trip whether it be a short one to hike with our dogs or a long one to the West Coast.

I absolutely adore animals, so please, if you have a fur baby, bring them to your session. I have 2 dogs; Koda and Bella, and the newest addition to our family is a Maine Coon kitten named Whiskey.

I love getting to know people/couples passions and what makes them unique. I always want that to show in my work, as I never want my couples to look at their albums and feel its the same as everyone else’s. You, your love and your moments ARE unique. I can’t wait to get to know you more and chat it up!

You don’t need an occasion to capture your life

Now I always will love weddings, engagements or a valentines day boudoir session! Those are HUGE occasions that have so much emotion and passion, I will never be able to describe those moments other than letting the photos speak for themselves. BUT I will say some of the best sessions I have been lucky enough to be apart of, are those spur of the moment boudoir sessions because the client needed a confidence boost or a couple just wanted some intimate photos JUST BECAUSE. Not all sessions NEED to be booked because its a special occasion! You deserve to treat yourself, your family or significant other to some photos that will last a lifetime.
